ServQual is looking for a qualified Financial Controller to manage finance, accounting, taxation and statutory compliance across our India, UK and USA operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations across India, UK and USA.
• Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, UK VAT, HMRC and US tax compliance.
• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, balance sheets and consolidated financial reports.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, receivables and payables.
• Oversee payroll, banking, intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and tax advisers.
• Implement financial controls, monitor costs and ensure timely statutory filings.




• Manage accounting systems including Xero, Tally and QuickBooks.

Requirements:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting, taxation and statutory compliance.
• Exposure to UK and US accounting and taxation preferred.
• Experience in multi-entity accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to independently manage financial operations and report directly to management.
• Experience in IT services, SaaS or multinational companies will be an advantage.
