Job Summary
Senior Consultant-Oracle specializing in HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - US Payroll/Global payroll/UK payroll/ME payroll and Fast Formula (Functional), Writing a Fast Formula. Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 9 Years.
Key Responsibilities
HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - US Payroll/Global payroll/UK payroll/ME payroll.
Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM US Payroll/Global payroll/UK payroll/ME payroll
Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and functional documentation for Payroll, Absence Management, and Quick Formula components.
Design, build, and optimize Fast Formulas to support complex payroll calculations, eligibility rules, and absence accruals.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Perform system testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
for payroll and absence processes.
Troubleshoot payroll and absence-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
Support payroll parallel runs, year-end activities, and cutover for new implementations or enhancements.
Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration related to Payroll and Absence Management.
Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
Contribute to best practices, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Oracle Fusion HCM practice.
