Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a General Manager of Sales & Business Development. The individual in this role will lead sales strategy, drive business growth, and expand market presence for Ion Exchange’s environment and water solutions portfolio.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The role involves overseeing sales and customer service teams, setting performance goals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely, solution-oriented engagement. The General Manager will collaborate closely with technical, operations, and finance teams to align offerings with client needs, monitor market trends, and support long-term strategic partnerships.
