Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 3 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign analytics, and conversion optimization to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation targets.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

2. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Develop effective performance marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
- Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL),



and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.

3. Campaign Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Ads reports, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvements.

4. Audience Targeting & Retargeting
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Develop retargeting campaigns to engage potential customers and improve conversions.
- Optimize audience targeting based on user behavior, demographics, and campaign results.

5. Creative & Landing Page Optimization
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Optimize landing pages, ad copy, and calls to action to improve campaign performance.
