About the Role
We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can independently manage day-to-day recruitment activities and support end-to-end hiring across different functions and industries. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-ups, and should have a solid sense of urgency towards closing positions.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
· Source, screen and shortlist candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, databases and referrals.
· Conduct initial candidate discussions and understand role requirements.




· Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and candidate movement through the hiring process.
· Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
· Build pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
· Support offers, pre-joining follow-ups and hiring targets/TATs.

Requirements
· 1–2 years’ experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
· Strong sourcing, screening, communication and coordination skills.
· Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Foundit or similar portals.
· Graduate in any discipline.
