WE ARE HIRING | HEAD – ADMISSIONS (PGDM)

Accurate Group of Institutions | Greater Noida

We are looking for a results-driven admissions professional to lead PGDM admissions for the 2027 batch. This is a target-oriented role, with direct responsibility for achieving PGDM admissions through effective planning, team leadership and student conversion.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute an admission plan with clear monthly targets for the 2027 batch.
· Lead counsellors and admission executives, monitor daily performance and drive enquiry-to-enrolment conversions.
· Build and activate a strong network of admission consultants, channel partners and undergraduate colleges.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and conduct outreach activities.
· Ensure disciplined follow-ups,



accurate CRM updates and regular reporting against admission targets.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in PGDM/MBA admissions, with a proven track record of achieving enrolment targets. Candidates with education sector experience will be preferred. Strong leadership, counselling, networking and conversion skills are essential.
Location: Greater Noida | Full time, campus-based role
