Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Noida. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales cycle. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, prepare and deliver client presentations, and support contract negotiations in coordination with senior team members. Daily responsibilities include managing accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also requires regular communication with clients and partners, participation in business meetings, and contribution to sales targets and growth plans.
Qualifications
• Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities.
• Solid understanding of business and account management principles to manage client relationships and support retention and growth.
• Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and professional client interaction.
• Experience using CRM or sales management tools, and proficiency with standard office productivity software.
