Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and result-oriented Business Development Executive with a Go-Getter & Doer attitude. Whether you're a talented fresher or an experienced skilled from the recruitment industry, if you're passionate about sales, networking, and business growth, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through cold calling, Linked In, email campaigns, and networking.
- Identify and acquire new clients across industries.
- Develop and execute business development & marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive employer branding through consistent Linked In and social media activity.
- Schedule client meetings and understand hiring requirements.




- Work closely with the Founder to execute growth strategies and business initiatives.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for timely client delivery.
- Maintain lead pipelines, follow-ups, proposals, and achieve monthly business targets.
