Job Responsibilities

- Plan, deliver, and assess comprehensive lessons for Senior Secondary (Class 11‑12) students in the assigned subject.
- Implement CBSE curriculum standards and ensure alignment with the school’s educational philosophy.
- Foster a supportive and engaging classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, curiosity, and holistic development.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, assignments, and examinations; provide constructive feedback and remedial support when needed.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members, heads of department, and school leadership to design interdisciplinary projects and extracurricular activities.
- Participate in parent‑teacher meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance in accordance with school policies.
- Uphold the school’s values of integrity, compassion, and commitment to quality education.

Essential Qualifications





- Graduate degree (B.A./B. Sc.) in the relevant subject area.
- Professional Teacher Training Certificate (B. Ed.) recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) or equivalent.
- Eligibility to teach Senior Secondary classes as per CBSE norms.
- Excellent command over English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Desired Experience

- Minimum 2‑3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (Class 11‑12) in a CBSE‑affiliated school.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate innovative teaching methodologies, digital tools, and project‑based learning.
- Experience in preparing students for board examinations with a track record of valuable results.
- Active involvement in co‑curricular and extracurricular initiatives is a plus.
