Job Description

We're looking for an Associate Manager - Business Finance to join our Lending team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine solid analytical capabilities with a detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial processes while supporting strategic business decisions.

- Preparing and owning the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), month plans, and outlooks.

- Conduct detailed variance analysis against plan and business targets to highlight the gaps and key drivers.

- Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to evaluate ROI, track channel-wise Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC),



and optimize acquisition budgets

- Driving business profitability by collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve unit economics and optimize costs.

- Identify key levers for business growth and partner with business stakeholders to drive implementation.

- Oversee pricing structures while enforcing strict data governance to ensure rate-card compliance and margin protection

- Partnering with the Financial Controllership team to ensure accurate financial representation of the business
