- Manage and maintain accurate records of prescriptions, patient information, and inventory levels.
- Conduct thorough medication reviews to ensure safety and efficacy, identifying potential interactions or contraindications.
- Provide expert advice on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and medication management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
- Participate in health promotion and disease prevention initiatives within the community.
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and efficient pharmacy workplace, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
- Stay updated with new pharmaceutical developments, treatments, and technologies to enhance service delivery.
- Offer emergency support in medication-related situations and assist in managing clinical documentation precisely.
