Job Description:

Futurism technologies are looking for Associate Cyber Security Trainer at
Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune location

Skills & Responsibilities:

* Deliver cybersecurity training sessions in classroom and virtual
environments.
* Conduct hands-on labs, practical exercises, and workshops.
* Assist in curriculum development and training material preparation.
* Evaluate learner progress through assessments, assignments, and projects.
* Provide mentorship and technical guidance to trainees.
* Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and
technologies.
* Support learners in certification preparation and career development.




* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training quality and
effectiveness.

Must have skills:

* Robust knowledge of Cyber Security fundamentals, Networking, and Operating
Systems.
* Understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC), SIEM, Incident Response,
and Threat Analysis.
* Basic knowledge of Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
* Familiarity with security tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, Splunk, or
Microsoft Sentinel.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
* Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
