Description
The Chief Enterprise Architect – SAP will shape Bristlecone India's SAP Studio portfolio, defining roadmaps, designing end‑to‑end solutions, and ensuring market‑ready assets across S/4HANA, IBP, Analytics and AI. Partnering with SAP and market leaders, you will drive presales, support delivery, build high‑performing solution teams, and represent the firm at industry forums.

Responsibilities

- Own the industry solution roadmap across sub‑studios (S/4HANA, IBP, Analytics, AI) and prioritize development sequencing.
- Design end‑to‑end, market‑ready solutions and productise delivery learnings into reusable assets.
- Partner with SAP for co‑innovation, early‑adopter programs, and roadmap alignment.
- Co‑create and execute industry strategy with Market Heads, translating it into target accounts and asset plans.
- Lead presales pursuits, shaping solutions, defining win themes, and presenting to CXO audiences.
- Provide delivery support and architecture governance on flagship programmes, ensuring solution integrity.
- Manage and grow solution pods, handling hiring, performance, career development, and retention.
- Coach next‑generation solution leaders and drive cross‑skilling through certifications and rotations.
- Represent Bristlecone externally at SAP events,



analyst briefings, partner forums, and thought‑leadership platforms.
- Communicate executive‑level insights and portfolio status to senior leadership with explicit, concise reporting.

Qualifications

- 14–20 years of experience, with at least 8 years in SAP‑led business or supply‑chain transformation.
- Deep expertise in at least two domains: S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP Analytics/Data, or enterprise AI.
- Proven track record of building market‑ready SAP assets, accelerators, or industry plays.
- Strong presales experience on large, complex SAP deals, including solution shaping and executive presentations.
- Delivery credibility as lead architect of end‑to‑end SAP programmes.
- In‑depth knowledge of at least two target industries (e.g., manufacturing, consumer goods, logistics).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and grow senior technical/functional teams in matrix environments.
- Executive‑level communication skills with proven CXO presentation experience.
- Relevant SAP certifications (S/4HANA, IBP, Datasphere/SAC, BTP) preferred.
- Bachelor’s in engineering, technology or supply‑chain; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
