Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire current customers.
- Promote banking and loan products.
- Conduct customer meetings and field visits.
- Build customer relationships and follow up on leads.
- Assist with loan documentation and processing.
- Handle collections and recovery activities, wherever applicable.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

Mandatory Requirements

- Freshers are encouraged to apply!
- Relevant experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Loan Sales, Field Sales, Microfinance, Collections, or Recovery preferred for experienced candidates.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Minimum CIBIL Score: 700.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in field sales.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
