Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi. In this position, the specialist develops and executes performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include managing paid advertising (such as search, social, and display), optimizing campaigns through data analysis, tracking key performance metrics, and preparing regular performance reports. The specialist collaborates with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to refine targeting, messaging, and offers that align with Second Aid’s wellness-focused brand. This role also involves ongoing A/B testing, budget management, and staying current with industry best practices to maximize return on ad spend.

Qualifications
• Work Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, with at least 2 years in D2C industry
• Strong Communication skills for clear collaboration, reporting, and campaign messaging.




• Proficiency in Market Research and customer insights to identify target audiences and growth opportunities.
• Experience in Sales and performance-driven funnels to support conversion and revenue goals.
• Ability to develop and execute effective Marketing Strategy focused on measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical and Excel skills for data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in wellness, health, or consumer products marketing is an advantage.
