About Aureon Advisors
Aureon Advisors is a young, fast-growing CA and business advisory firm in Gurugram. We work with startups, growing businesses and international companies setting up in India. Our approach is easy: every problem has a how, and we find it.

The role
We're hiring semi-qualified CAs and semi-qualified CSs who want real exposure early in their careers. You'll handle live client work from your first week, directly with the partners, and see how a firm actually advises clients, not just how it files returns.

Exposure you'll get
• GST, TDS and income tax: returns, computations, reconciliations and replies to notices
• Statutory and tax audits, and finalisation of accounts
• Company and LLP incorporations, ROC filings and event-based compliances
• Board meetings, minutes, registers and secretarial records
• Foreign investment (FDI) and RBI filings, including FC-GPR
• Virtual CFO work: MIS, budgets and reporting for clients
• Clients across many industries,



including companies from abroad entering India

Who should apply
• Semi-qualified CA: CA Inter cleared (one or both groups)
• Semi-qualified CS: CS Executive cleared (one or both modules)
• 1–3 years of experience in a CA/CS firm or a corporate team
• Working knowledge of Excel and Tally, Zoho Books or the MCA portal
• Takes ownership and wants to learn fast

What we offer
• ₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA, with no salary cap for exceptional candidates

• Performance reviews every six months, with pay revised when you deliver

Location: Udyog Vihar Phase-V, Gurugram (on-site)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, with the last Saturday of every month off
