Role Overview
We are seeking experienced retired District Judges (DJ) and Additional District Judges (ADJ) to provide judicial insights, legal advisory, and strategic guidance to our corporate legal team. The ideal candidates will bring extensive judicial experience, strong legal acumen, and a thorough understanding of judicial processes, legal interpretation, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert legal opinions and strategic advisory on corporate legal matters.
• Offer judicial perspectives on litigation strategy, legal interpretation, and dispute resolution.
• Review legal documents, case briefs, and litigation assessments.
• Advise on legal risks,



relevant judicial precedents, and dispute management.
• Support the corporate legal team in case assessment and strategic decision-making

Eligibility Criteria
• Must be a retired District Judge or Additional District Judge.
• Extensive judicial experience with robust analytical and advisory capabilities.
• Prior jurisdictional experience in Uttar Pradesh and/or Delhi.
• Sound understanding of judicial procedures, legal precedents, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent communication, legal assessment, and advisory skills
