Role Overview: We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for generating current business leads through field sales, partner networks, and direct market outreach.

The role involves building relationships with insurance partners, brokers, agents,



and other relevant channels to generate a consistent flow of leads. Candidates with experience in FMCG, field sales, client acquisition, or motor insurance renewals can also be considered.

Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: ₹5–6 LPA

Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through field visits, direct market outreach, referrals, and partner networks.
• Identify and develop new channels for consistent lead generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, brokers, partners, and local businesses.
• Acquire new clients/partners and drive business opportunities. Regularly follow up with leads and partners to improve lead conversion.
• Maintain a strong personal data pool / network of potential clients and business contacts.
• Track daily and weekly lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions through MIS.
