Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR and Admin Manager located in Garhbeta-II. The HR and Admin Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and basic payroll coordination. The role will manage administrative functions such as office facilities,



vendor coordination, record keeping, compliance with local labor regulations, and support for management reporting. The individual will develop and implement HR policies, maintain employee records, handle grievance redressal, and support training and development initiatives. The HR and Admin Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive, compliant workplace environment.
Qualifications
• Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Experience in administration and office management, including facilities oversight, vendor management, and documentation.
