Azisly is looking for a creative, hands-on content marketer who can do more than write captions. Someone who understands what catches attention, knows how to tell a story, and can get content in front of the right audience.

What you'll do
Content & SEO
• Research, write and publish blogs around AI, careers, interviews, resumes and hiring.
• Work on keyword research, on-page SEO, internal linking and backlink acquisition.
• Identify topics with organic traffic and audience growth potential.

Social Media & Distribution
• Manage the content calendar and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging posts, carousels and social campaigns.
• Explore Reddit and relevant online communities to build genuine reach and conversations.
• Identify high-performing content and opportunities to boost distribution.

Reels & Creative
• Ideate and create short-form videos, Reels and other visual content.
• Use tools such as Canva,



CapCut and AI video-generation platforms.
• Think critically about hooks, opening frames, visuals and storytelling.
• Turn product features and announcements into compelling content.

Campaigns, PR & Growth
• Contribute ideas for product launches, brand campaigns and PR opportunities.
• Research trends, competitors and audience behaviour.
• Track reach, engagement, website traffic and conversions.
• Experiment, measure results and improve what gets published.

What we're looking for
• 1-2 years of experience in content marketing, social media, digital marketing or a related role.
• Robust writing, storytelling and research skills.
• A creative eye and an instinct for what makes content engaging.
• Hands-on understanding of SEO, content distribution and social media.
• Ability to create short videos and visual content using modern tools.
