We are looking for a Sales Executive – Industrial B2B Sales to take ownership of developing new business, building customer relationships and creating opportunities in the industrial market.
You will be involved in prospecting, new customer acquisition, market development, customer visits, product discussions and the complete B2B sales cycle.
The role also offers Pan-India market exposure, product and market knowledge, and direct interaction with senior leadership as the business expands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through active prospecting.
• Develop new industrial customers and build strong client relationships.
• Conduct customer visits, understand requirements and present suitable products.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to follow-up, negotiation and closure.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and work towards assigned sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and account development.




• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer service.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in Industrial B2B Sales.
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting and new customer acquisition.
• Good understanding of the complete sales cycle.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, persistent and commercially aware with a solid sense of ownership.
• Willingness to travel across India and meet customers.
• Experience in Industrial Products, Tools, Safety/PPE, MRO, Engineering Products, Industrial Consumables or related B2B sectors will be preferred.
