We are seeking a motivated intern to manage customer interactions and support our community engagement efforts across channels

Role Details
• Position: Consumer Relations Intern
• Location: Saki Naka, Andheri (E), Mumbai (On-site / Full-time)
• Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Stipend: INR 5,000 per month

Snackible aims to deliver healthy, delicious snacks while creating a balanced approach to modern snacking. Operating through e-commerce, online marketplaces, and retail avenues across India, we are expanding our team to continue innovating in the healthy snack market.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact point across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, calls, and marketplaces.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a brand-aligned manner.




• Assist in managing customer communities and driving active participation.
• Route inbound leads to appropriate internal teams and assist with survey and feedback processes.
• Track consumer behavior trends and share operational feedback with marketing, product, and operations teams.

Skills and Attributes
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Robust ownership mindset with the ability to handle daily customer communications.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment with efficient multitasking skills.
• Interest in consumer experience, community building, or FMCG/D2C operations.
