Role Description The Training and Quality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for developing and maintaining service excellence across all detailing operations. This role includes designing and delivering training programs for technicians and front-line staff, covering detailing procedures, customer service, safety, and product usage. The manager will monitor service quality through regular audits, checklists, and performance metrics, and will provide feedback, coaching,



and corrective action plans to ensure consistent standards. Daily responsibilities also include updating standard operating procedures, coordinating with operations and management teams, handling training schedules for new hires and existing staff, and analyzing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on engagement on the floor, observing processes, identifying gaps, and implementing practical solutions that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Experience in training design and delivery, including creating training materials, conducting workshops, and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Strong quality assurance and process improvement skills, with the ability to develop SOPs, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Solid understanding of automotive or car detailing operations, or similar service-based industries, with a focus on service standards and safety
