Key Responsibilities
1. AI Agents & Sales Automation
• Design, develop and deploy AI agents to automate prospect identification, market research and lead qualification.
• Build automated workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier and AI platforms.
• Integrate AI agents with Apollo.io, LinkedIn, CRM systems, email platforms and other prospecting databases.
• Develop systems that continuously discover recent customers, monitor buying signals and identify business opportunities.

2. International Lead Generation
• Identify potential OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, aftermarket distributors and industrial customers across the USA, Europe and other international markets.
• Research prospective companies and identify purchasing managers, sourcing directors, engineering managers and other relevant decision-makers.
• Build, enrich, validate and segment international prospect databases.
• Develop account-based marketing and targeted lead-generation campaigns.

3. Automated Outreach & Marketing




• Design and execute personalized international B2B email campaigns using AI-assisted content generation.
• Develop coordinated email and LinkedIn outreach strategies, using approved tools and compliant workflows.
• Implement automated follow-up sequences, response classification and meeting-scheduling processes.
• Improve campaign performance through continuous experimentation and analytics.

4. Systems Integration & Analytics
• Integrate Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, AI tools and email marketing systems.
• Create dashboards tracking lead generation, engagement, qualified opportunities, meetings and conversion rates.
• Develop automated reporting and optimize the sales funnel.
• Ensure data accuracy, deliverability, appropriate human oversight and compliance with applicable privacy and marketing regulations.

5. Business Development & Commercial Growth
• Understand our rubber and silicone hose portfolio and identify suitable applications and potential customers.
