The role

Axelerant is looking for a RevOps leader with deep HubSpot expertise to build and lead its HubSpot practice. The role involves growing the practice, working with Sales, Solutions, Growth Marketing and Delivery leadership, and helping enterprise organizations use HubSpot as a system of record across complex, multi-brand and ERP-connected environments. RevOps_ HubSpot Practice Lead
The ideal candidate will combine enterprise HubSpot architecture, RevOps strategy, presales, client leadership, partner ecosystem development, AI-driven workflows, and practice building experience.

What you will own

Key Responsibilities

• Practice Strategy & Growth: Build and maintain the HubSpot practice roadmap with Sales, Solutions, Growth Marketing, and RevOps leadership.
• Service Development: Define service offerings, packaging, pricing, and target industry verticals.
• Practice Performance: Set and track goals around pipeline, win rate, revenue, partner-sourced deals, and utilization.
• Presales & Client Leadership: Act as the senior HubSpot and RevOps expert during discovery,



solution design, estimates, and executive discussions.
• Solution Design: Lead solutions for CRM consolidation, RevOps, marketing automation, and AI-driven workflows, including HubSpot Breeze.
• POCs & Demos: Build proofs of concept and demos for key sales opportunities.
• Engagement Oversight: Provide senior oversight to ensure key engagements are both architecturally and commercially sound. RevOps_ HubSpot Practice Lead
• HubSpot Partnership: Strengthen Axelerant's relationship with HubSpot across partner managers, co-sell teams, and vertical sales teams.
• Go-to-Market: Develop joint GTM initiatives with HubSpot, including private equity, portfolio-company, and M&A; opportunities.
• Platform Expertise: Stay current with HubSpot developments such as Breeze agents, data and intent features, app portability, and developer-platform changes.
• Reusable Solutions: Work with Solutions and Engineer
