We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, employer branding initiatives, campus engagement programs, and talent acquisition operations.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support recruitment operations, campus engagement, and employer branding initiatives while ensuring high standards of data accuracy and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruiters with interview coordination, candidate communication, job postings, resume screening, and sourcing activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure recruitment documentation is organized, confidential, and up to date.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, hiring metrics, and recruitment trackers.
• Support campus recruitment activities, career fairs, university partnerships, and student engagement programs.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives by creating content for social media, recruitment
