Job Title: Senior Formwork Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, supervise, and monitor formwork activities as per project schedules.
• Prepare and review formwork drawings, layouts, and execution methodologies.
• Coordinate with site execution, QA/QC, planning, and safety teams.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of formwork works.
• Optimize formwork utilization and minimize material wastage.
• Resolve technical issues related to formwork systems and site execution.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in formwork engineering within the construction industry.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Solid technical knowledge of Monolithic Aluminium Formwork (Mivan/Aluform Shuttering) systems.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site coordination.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
