About the Company
TRADEGENIUZ CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED is a growing financial education and trading training company focused on providing professional education in Stock Market, Forex, and Cryptocurrency Trading.
We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our expanding team in Kumbakonam.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2C and B2B channels.
* Generate leads and convert prospective customers into successful course enrollments.
* Communicate with potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
* Explain our training programs and services professionally.
* Follow up with interested prospects and maintain solid customer relationships.
* Coordinate with the digital marketing team to improve lead conversion.
* Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
* Maintain accurate lead records and provide regular performance updates.
* Support the company’s business expansion and growth initiatives.
Requirements
* Any degree or relevant educational qualification.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
* 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship Management preferred.
* Strong communication skills in Tamil; basic English communication preferred.
* Good negotiation, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
* Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
