Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and presenting tailored solutions that align with client needs. The specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies,



coordinate promotional campaigns, and support brand positioning for the company’s consulting and service divisions. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, collaborating with technical and operations teams, and tracking market trends and competitor activities. The role also includes training clients or internal teams on service offerings as needed and providing consistent follow-up and customer support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
