In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between fast-growing brands and our dynamic creator ecosystem. Your core mission is to prospect and acquire corporate/D2C brand clients, understand their marketing objectives, and curate the perfect creator lineups to deliver high-ROI campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Outreach & B2B Client Acquisition:
• Lead high-volume cold outreach campaigns targeting founders, marketing heads, and brand managers via cold email, LinkedIn InMail, and direct outreach.
• Identify high-potential D2C, tech, and enterprise brands actively seeking influencer marketing and high-retention video production.
• Schedule and lead discovery calls, pitch presentations,



and client follow-ups to close retainer and campaign deals.

2. Creator Strategy & Talent Matchmaking:
• Understand client brand guidelines, audience demographics, and campaign briefs.
• Scout, evaluate, and collaborate with top creators and influencers across various niches.
• Handpick and present tailored creator rosters to brand clients that guarantee the best cultural fit, engagement, and ROI.

3. Proposal Building & Deal Negotiation:
• Work closely with our internal creative and production teams to build compelling campaign pitch decks and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate campaign commercials, deliverable scopes, and timelines with both brands and talent.

4. Account Management & Campaign Oversight:
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage long-term retainers and repeat business.
• Ensure transparent communication of campaign briefs between the brand and the shortlisted creators.
