British Youth International College (BYITC) is a UK-based institution committed to providing premium education and online learning programmes to children worldwide, aged 4-14 years.
We are looking for a motivated, results-oriented Senior Academic Consultant to join our team.

Role: Senior Academic Consultant
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel parents and understand their children's learning needs through structured counselling sessions.
• Schedule and conduct daily demo sessions, followed by timely follow-ups with prospective parents.
• Understand the customer's profile, requirements, and concerns to effectively explain BYITC's learning methodology and programmes.
• Handle customer objections and participate in price negotiations to support sales conversions and revenue generation.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and continuously develop sales and counselling skills.




• Build positive relationships with prospective parents and guide them throughout the enrolment process.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.

Requirements
• Previous experience in educational sales, EdTech, counselling, or inside sales will be preferred.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented approach with a willingness to work in a sales-driven setting.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Laptop/Desktop and a stable Wi-Fi connection are mandatory.
