Job Description Of Position Incumbent
• Have good knowledge of ABB make DCS system
• Is familiar with making PID loop for process improvement
• Have knowledge of field instruments being used in ball mill, Roller Press, Wagon tippler and Packing plant
• Is familiar with the SAP system
• Manpower monitoring
• Well versed in UTCL safety Standards
• Doing opportunity, preventive and breakdown maintenance of E&I; department in Ball mill and roller press circuit
• Shutdown planning
• Process improvement and use of AI based recent technologies
• E&I; stoppage reduction by preventive and breakdown maintenance in Cement mill area
