Role Description:

The Growth Marketer role at Promact is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. In this role, the team member will design and execute growth strategies to acquire, engage, and retain users for digital products, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and running growth experiments, optimizing marketing funnels, managing lead generation campaigns, and tracking performance using analytics tools. The Growth Marketer will collaborate closely with product, sales, and content teams to align messaging, improve conversion rates, and identify recent growth opportunities. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing user behavior, and preparing regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Search Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels across markets such as India, the US,



and the UK.
• Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and sales aligned with business objectives, while managing monthly ad budgets and bids to maximize ROI and reduce CPA.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Meta/Google pixels, Meta CAPI, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and UTM parameters, working with developers on QA for accurate attribution.
• Monitor and optimize key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) daily, and use Microsoft Clarity and GA4 to find funnel drop-offs.
• Run growth experiments and A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and lead magnets with product and tech teams.
• Improve landing pages and conversion rates in collaboration with sales and product teams, with specific value propositions, audiences, and CTAs.
• Improve on-page and off-page SEO and optimize content for AI answer engines (AEO) to grow organic traffic and visibility.
