We are looking for a agile and results-driven Sales manager to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build high-performing sales teams. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn strategy into execution.
? Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with business goals
Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams
Drive revenue growth across key markets and channels
Build strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams
Own sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
? What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Sales Director / Head of Sales / Senior Sales Leader




Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
Familiarity with ServiceNow, IFS, Microsoft, AWS, or automation platforms.
Proficiency in Arabic is a plus .
Experience navigating the KSA Vision 2030 market and UAE's digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Experience in [B2B/B2C/SaaS – customize as needed]
Data-driven approach with strong business acumen
