• Core Java: Strong in Collections, Multithreading/Concurrency, Garbage Collection, JVM fundamentals and performance.
• Spring / Spring Boot: Strong hands-on experience building backend services and REST APIs.
• Redis: Practical experience with caching and performance-oriented use cases.
• NoSQL: Solid hands-on experience with Aerospike or equivalent NoSQL databases — data modeling, access patterns, performance and troubleshooting; not just conceptual knowledge.
• LLD & Design: Ability to create/review LLDs and apply SOLID, abstraction, separation of concerns, design patterns and clean-code principles.
