Role Description This is a full time,



on-site IPO – Merchant Banking Analyst role based in Ajmer(Rajasthan). The analyst will support end-to-end IPO and capital market transactions, including financial analysis, valuation support, and preparation of offer documents, presentations, and research material. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and reviewing financial models, assisting in due diligence, coordinating with auditors, legal advisors, and regulators, and maintaining accurate transaction documentation. The role involves preparing analytical reports, industry and peer benchmarking, and supporting regulatory filings and compliance requirements for SEBI, stock exchanges, and other authorities. The analyst will also contribute to client meetings, respond to information requests, and assist senior team members in executing IPOs, SME listings, and other corporate finance mandates within defined timelines.
