Role Description The Research Faculty Pharmacy role is a full-time, on-site position based at Rayat Bahra University near Chandigarh, India. The role involves designing and conducting pharmaceutical and interdisciplinary research projects, securing research funding, and publishing findings in reputable journals.



Responsibilities include supervising research scholars, guiding thesis work, and contributing to curriculum development aligned with emerging trends in pharmaceutical sciences. The role also requires participation in academic committees, collaboration with industry and research partners, and involvement in accreditation and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced academic preparation in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences (PhD preferred; M.Pharm with solid research record considered) and eligibility as per UGC/PCI norms.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing pharmaceutical research, with a track record of peer-reviewed publications and, ideally, patents.
