Role - Sales Executive (Jr./Mid/Sr.) / BDM

Experience - 2+ Years
Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC
Note - Prior work experience in the solar industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities -
• Generate leads and identify current business opportunities for rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and residential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar energy solutions.




• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Projects, and Operations teams for smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the solar industry.
• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up with clients for order closure and payment coordination.
• Maintain customer records, sales pipelines, and regular sales activity reports.

Qualification & Requirement -
• Any Graduate/ Diploma / BE / MBA
• 2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in Solar EPC.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
