Role Description This is a full-time, in office Direct Tax Litigation role based in Bengaluru. The role involves handling direct tax litigation matters,



including drafting and reviewing submissions, appeals, and responses to tax authorities, as well as preparing documentation for hearings and proceedings. The professional will analyze complex tax issues, interpret relevant tax laws and judicial precedents, and provide strategic input on litigation and dispute resolution. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal finance and tax teams, external advisors, and legal counsel, while ensuring timely compliance with statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements. The role also includes supporting tax planning initiatives, tracking case status, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to knowledge sharing and process improvement within the tax function.
Qualifications
