Role Overview
Ridhira Group is looking for an experienced and strategic Group Head – Finance to lead the overall finance function across its multiple business verticals and group entities. The role will be responsible for financial planning, cash flow management, budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, banking, treasury, and financial risk management.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience managing group-level finance operations, handling multiple entities, optimizing working capital, managing financial transactions, and providing strategic financial insights to the Promoters and senior management to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
1. Group Finance & Financial Strategy




• Lead the overall finance and accounts function across all group companies and business verticals.
• Develop financial strategies aligned with business expansion, profitability, and long-term growth objectives.
• Review group-level Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and financial performance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Promoters and senior management.

2. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
• Manage group-wide cash flow planning, liquidity, working capital, receivables, and payables.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate fund availability.
• Monitor fund utilization, project cash flows, operational expenses, and capital expenditure.
• Optimize working capital and ensure timely financial transactions across entities.
