Growth Intern (Community manager)

What You'll Do
* Build and manage a safe and supportive "PANHA community" in your college.
* Connect students with PANHA's peer-support ecosystem.
* Promote PANHA through classroom outreach, student societies, clubs, and WhatsApp communities.




* Create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
* Execute influencer marketing campaigns with student creators and campus influencers.
* Develop creative growth strategies, including guerrilla marketing and offline activations.
* Drive registrations for PANHA's website, app, events, and initiatives.
* Host anonymous discussions and peer-support circles every weekend.
* Organize workshops, awareness campaigns, collaborations, and campus events.
* Gather community feedback and contribute ideas to improve engagement and outreach.
