Role Description The Backend Operation Executive will manage and support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of wedding exhibitions and related business processes. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ludhiana and includes responsibilities such as coordinating with internal teams and vendors, maintaining accurate records and databases, and tracking schedules, inventory,



and logistics for events. The role involves monitoring operational workflows, preparing reports and documentation, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner. The Backend Operation Executive will also contribute to process improvements, support client and partner communication through back-office coordination, and assist in meeting event timelines and quality standards.
