Role Description This full-time, in office Quality Assurance Executive role is based in Gaya. The Quality Assurance Executive will monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Responsibilities include conducting quality audits,



reviewing documentation, identifying process gaps, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The role involves collaborating with branch and operations teams to implement quality control measures, maintain accurate records, and track key performance indicators. The Executive will also support training initiatives, contribute to continuous improvement projects, and prepare regular quality reports for management review.
