Your job is basically to look at my idea and say:
“Shreeja, respectfully… this is boring.”
And then come back with something 10x better.

Roomrr is building a recent way for people to find their home, roommates and their people.
Which means I absolutely do not want our Instagram to look like:

We’re building a brand people actually want to follow for its relatability and fun community.
You’ll work directly with the founders and be ridiculously close to everything happening at Roomrr, and who knows you could become a part of the core founding team too

One day we’re talking about roommate red flags.
The next we’re planning a campaign.
Then someone says, “What if Roomrr had a rap song?”
And yes, that might actually happen soon.
Your job is to find the content hiding inside all of this chaos.

You’ll own the creative direction across:
• Social media
• Reels & short-form content
• Campaigns
• Creator collaborations
• Digital marketing




• Brand storytelling
• Content strategy
• And whatever insane idea we decide to try next

I want someone who sees a random founder conversation and thinks:
“Wait. THAT could be a reel.”
Someone who knows when to follow a trend and when to absolutely stay away from one.
Someone who understands that content ≠ posting 4 times a week.
Someone who can make people laugh, stop scrolling, argue in the comments, tag their roommate and then somehow remember Roomrr three days later.

You’ll have freedom to experiment.
You’ll also have to defend your ideas.
Because if you say “this will go viral”, I’m going to ask you why.

Experience: 1–5 years
I care less about your degree and more about whether you can look at a blank Instagram page and immediately have 20 ideas.
