Role Description The Assistant Human Resources Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Chandil manufacturing location. This role supports HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and maintaining employee records and HR documentation. The position assists in implementing HR policies,



managing attendance and payroll inputs, and supporting performance management processes in alignment with company standards. The Assistant Human Resources Manager helps organize training and development activities, promotes employee engagement initiatives, and ensures compliance with labor laws and company procedures. The role works closely with plant leadership and staff to address HR-related queries, resolve routine employee issues, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and productive work workplace.
