Role Description:
• The Co-founder (Finance & Accounts) role is a full-time hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, accounting, and compliance with relevant regulations.




• Day-to-day tasks include monitoring revenue and expenses, preparing financial reports and dashboards, managing vendor and supplier payments, and optimizing unit economics for the e-commerce business.
• The Co-founder will work closely with other founding members to shape financial strategy, support fundraising efforts, manage investor relations, and contribute to pricing, discounting, and profitability decisions.
• The role also involves building and improving financial processes, implementing accounting systems, and ensuring transparent, accurate records that support scalable growth.

Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, evaluate business performance, and support data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with co-founders, suppliers, investors, and internal teams, and to present financial insights clearly.
