GT Realty is developing 120+ acres of industrial land in Bhiwani, Haryana — and we're looking for a Civil Head to lead execution at:
? Auron Industrial Park — 50 Acres | NH-52, Shiwani
? Prestige Smart City — 60 Acres | Hisar–Rewari Highway
? Location: Bhiwani, Haryana
? Qualification: BE / BTech (Civil Engineering)
?️ Experience: 3–10 years
? What you'll lead:
➡️ End-to-end site development — internal roads, storm drainage, water supply & boundary works
➡️ Construction of ready-to-move factory sheds
➡️ Planning, scheduling & contractor management across both parks
➡️ Quality, safety & on-time delivery
✅ What we're looking for:
✔️ Hands-on experience in large industrial / township projects
✔️ Ability to lead site teams and contractors
✔️ Command over quality, safety and timelines
✔️ Full ownership — from drawings to handover
