Role Description The Housekeeping Associate is a full-time, in office role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. This role is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to high cleanliness and hygiene standards, including making beds, replenishing amenities, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring proper waste disposal. The Housekeeping Associate will manage laundry tasks such as collecting, sorting, and delivering linens and guest laundry, while following property procedures and safety guidelines.



Daily responsibilities include reporting maintenance issues, restocking housekeeping supplies, and preparing rooms according to hotel standards and guest preferences. The role also involves interacting courteously with guests and team members, supporting special events or high-occupancy days, and participating in training sessions to maintain consistent service quality.
