About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Restaurant Captain to manage floor operations, coordinate the service team, and ensure an excellent guest experience at a premium F&B; and live-entertainment venue.
The ideal candidate should have experience in restaurant operations, robust guest-handling skills, and the ability to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience in premium or high-end restaurants is preferred.

Key Responsibilities· Manage day-to-day restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service.
· Lead and coordinate the Steward/Service team during shifts.
· Welcome guests and ensure prompt, professional and personalised service.
· Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and service teams for timely order execution.
· Monitor table setup, cleanliness,



presentation and overall service standards.
· Handle guest queries, feedback and service-related concerns professionally.
· Guide team members on service standards, menu knowledge and upselling.
· Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and team coordination.
· Ensure compliance with restaurant SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.
· Support training and onboarding of new service team members.

Requirements· Minimum 2-4 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality service.
· Experience in a high-end, premium, fine-dining, upscale restaurant, bar or entertainment venue preferred.
· Strong knowledge of restaurant floor operations and F&B; service.
· Excellent communication, guest-handling and team-management skills.
· Professional, well-groomed and customer-focused personality.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, including rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
