As we continue to scale and innovate, we are looking to onboard creative talent for our growing team. Assist is Shiprocket's AI-powered chat and voice assistant helping D2C brands recover drop-offs and drive conversions at checkout. We're looking for a sales intern to join the GTM team and help build our outbound pipeline- this is a hands-on role for someone who wants real exposure to B2B SaaS sales in a quick-growing product line.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Connect with prospective D2C brands and merchants via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.




• Qualify leads and schedule product demos/meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately (Salesforce)- log every call, email, and touchpoint.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads through the funnel, from first contact to demo-ready.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights from calls and share them with the product or GTM team.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, call trackers, and performance dashboards.
• Support outbound campaigns and partner-led business development initiatives.
• Help test and refine outreach scripts/messaging based on what's converting.
